Anna Karolina Schmiedlova came from a set and a break down to defeat qualifier Sachia Vickery in 2 hours and 50 minutes in the second round of the ATX Open -- reversing a 6-2, 6-0 loss to the American one week previously at the Puerto Vallarta 125 event.
