"Last year when I came to Singapore, I did a city tour - this time, I checked out the Singapore Flyer. I was told that it is the largest observation wheel in the world," says Karolina Pliskova. "The panoramic views were amazing. You can also dine and shop at the Flyer Retail terminal.  I recommend that you check it out."

If you want great food, there are plenty of dining options.

"My favorite restaurant in Singapore is called the Cut," says Caroline Wozniacki

And if you fancy a spot of shopping, look no further.

"Bring your purse when you come to Singapore," says Casey Dellacqua. "They have fabulous shopping options. I checked out the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. They have a good mix of luxury brands as well as international brands. You won’t go hungry either. There are lots of places to eat there."

If you spend time in Singapore, take a tip from Cambridge Global Payments. The Singapore dollar, also called the "sing-dollar," is the Asian city state’s currency. Coins come in 5 cents, 10 cents, 20 cents, 50 cents and $1 denominations. Paper notes denominated in $2, $5, $10, and $50 amounts. Larger bills of $100, $500, $1,000 and $10,000 are also in circulation, but are fairly rare. Some shopping centers and hotels in Singapore accept US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Japanese Yen and British Pounds.
