French Open 2018: When is the women's final?

PARIS, France - The final of the women's singles tournament at Roland Garros 2018 between No.1 seed Simona Halep and No.10 seed Sloane Stephens will take place on Saturday, June 9 on Court Philippe Chatrier at Stade Roland Garros.

Play is set to begin at 3 p.m. local time, as World No.1 Halep bids for her first career Grand Slam title, while American Stephens looks to win her second major after triumphing on home soil at the US Open last summer.

Halep leads the head-to-head 5-2 against Stephens, with a 2-0 margin on clay and 2-0 in the past year.

All seven matches between the two have been won in straight sets.

There will be other champions crowned on Saturday in the junior girls' singles and doubles finals. Americans Caty McNally and Cori Gauff will square off in the girls' singles final, while 16-year-old McNally will look to double dip alongside Poland's Iga Swiatek
