Halep & King team up to deliver toys for children in Miami

MIAMI, FL, USA - World No.1 Simona Halep and doubles player Vania King teamed up in Miami to bring toys and gifts to the kids at Baptist Children’s Hospital.
Working alongside WTA Charities, King took a shopping trip to pick up some toys, along with some Miami Open-themed gifts and treats. Based in Kendall, a suburb of Miami, the Baptist Children’s Hospital provides healthcare services for children from birth to age 18, as well as resources for parents and families.
From there, it was Halep's turn. At the hospital, Halep’s took all the toys and gifts and hand-delivered them to dozens of patients - along with a check donation to the hospital’s foundation from WTA Charities.
