Was there any other option?

Bianca Andreescu burst onto the scene in March, and you picked her as the WTA Breakthrough of the Month.

The Canadian teenager announced herself in a big way during the Sunshine Swing, becoming the youngest player in over a decade to win the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells and following that up with a fourth-round showing in Miami.

In all, Andreescu boasted a 10-match winning streak in the month, taking out a whole host of WTA stars, and soaring up the WTA rankings into the Top 40.

The teenager scored two notable victories over Angelique Kerber, including one from a break down in the third set in the final to win Indian Wells, Elina Svitolina, Wang Qiang, and Garbiñe Muguruza, among others, in her sizzling spring.

"It's been a crazy ride," Andreescu said after winning in the California desert.

"Truly a Cinderella story. Naomi did this last year. And now to be able to have my name in front of so many amazing champions is -- it means the world to me."
