Fifth seed Katerina Siniakova saved a match point down 5-6 in the second set against compatriot Tereza Smitkova in the second round of the Livesport Prague Open, and had to weather an overnight delay serving at 5-3, 0-30 in the decider - but came through in three sets to reach her fourth quarterfinal of 2021.
