1994 - Continued to play on ITF Circuit.

1995 - Played first Tour main draw at Roland Garros, falling 1r (was WC into qualifying); won one singles title and two doubles titles on ITF Circuit.

1996 - Won first Tour main draw matches at Roland Garros (l. 2r) and Rosmalen (l. 2r); fell in Tour qualifying twice (incl. Australian Open).

1997 - Played six Tour main draws, reaching 2r four times, incl. Roland Garros (as WC, l. to Graf); fell in Australian Open and Wimbledon qualifying; won one singles title on ITF Circuit; made Top 100 debut on December 22 (at No.100).
