Stuttgart: Pliskova improves to 4-3 vs. Sakkari
Karolina Pliskova defeated No.8 seed Maria Sakkari in straight sets in the first round of the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. It was the seventh edition of a rivalry that Pliskova now leads 4-3 overall, 2-1 on clay and 2-1 in 2023 so far.
