Washington: Bencic eases past Davis into quarterfinals
No.6 seed Belinda Bencic defeated qualifier Lauren Davis 6-1, 6-4 in the second round of the Mubadala Citi DC Open on Wednesday. Bencic now holds a 4-0 head-to-head lead over 2016 Washington finalist Davis.
