Svitolina holds off Bouzas Maneiro in two tight sets in Rome

No. 16 seed Elina Svitolina fended off a challenge from Jessica Bouzas Maneiro in the second round of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia on Thursday. Two-time Rome champion Svitolina closed out the win 6-4, 7-6(3).
