Linz Gallery: The Player Party At Voestalpine

Julia Goerges and Barbora Zahlavova Strycova stepped out for the Generali Ladies Linz player party Monday night.
Tamira Paszek. The party took place at the headquarters of Voestalpine, the tournament's presenting sponsor.
Sabine Lisicki. Voestalpine is a steel company headquartered in Linz, and one of Austria's leading exporters.
Sorana Cirstea. At the entrance to the player party, the players posed on BMW motorcycles that were on display.
Andrea Petkovic. The steel used by BMW for the motorcycles is provided by the presenting sponsor, Voestalpine.
Arantxa Rus. The players were dressed in black leather and silver, courtesy of a local couture company in Linz.
Carla Suarez Navarro. And of course every player was given a warm welcome at the player party by Voestalpine VIPs.
Daniela Hantuchova is a former champion at the Generali Ladies Linz, conquering the indoor tournament in 2007.
Bethanie Mattek-Sands qualified this year and would upset No.7 seed Tamira Paszek the day after the player party.
Anna-Lena Groenefeld is one half of the No.1-seeded doubles team at this year's event, alongside Kveta Peschke.
World No.1 Victoria Azarenka arrived just after the beginning of the evening, after a long trip from Beijing.

Sandra Klemenschits and Mervana Jugic-Salkic. The pair won its first round doubles match the day after the party.
Patricia Mayr-Achleitner, at No.159 Austria's No.3 behind No.27 Tamira Paszek and No.114 Yvonne Meusburger.
Barbara Schett, a now-retired former Top 10 player from Austria who is always a big part of the Generali Ladies Linz.
The players joined Tournament Director Sandra Reichel and sponsor reps in a group photo after a night to remember.
