The draw ceremony was set for Sunday night, but the elite eight had to get ready for the big event.
That's where Oriflame, the official cosmetics of the WTA, came in with their traditional style suite.
Oriflame has been making the WTA stars shine brighter than ever for years now, on and off the court.
From the process...
To the finishing touches...
A few extra touch-ups...
And a few more extra touch-ups, as Li Na had...
Oriflame's style suite was not just the key to the glamorous draw ceremony, but the iconic photo too.
The elite eight were joined by WTA Chairman & CEO Stacey Allaster at the traditional iconic photo.
And it wasn't long before the photo of the elite eight of 2013 made it to the big screen at the draw.
An elite nine - the Original 9 - were also honored, even more appropriate in the WTA's 40 LOVE year.
One by one all the players stepped onto the stage and shared a few words with emcee Andrew Krasny.
Jelena Jankovic is the only member of the 2013 elite eight that wasn't a part of the 2012 elite eight.
Though she won the French Open in 2011, 2013 is arguably the best overall season of Li Na's career.
Agnieszka Radwanska has also been very consistent this year - she has 56 match wins on the year.
Victoria Azarenka is a former finalist at this event, finishing runner-up to Petra Kvitova in 2011.
Serena Williams had never won more than 58 matches in a year before this year - she has 73 this year.
The World No.1 helped unveil a thank you gift to the tournament at the official draw ceremony.
Turkish Tennis Federation President Osman Tural and WTA Supervisor Laura Ceccarelli conducted the draw.
And there you have it - well, right before Jankovic was placed in the White Group to wrap it up!
