Kudermetova in her first WTA final in five years); also reached SF at Charelston 250, the week after; made 17 main draw appearances, her most since 2016.

2020 - Second straight Top 100 season (4th overall); season highlights included reaching QF at Istanbul (l. Bouchard) before advancing to R16 at Rome (as qualifier, l. Mertens).
