Liudmila Samsonova won her fourth career title, and third in the past eight weeks, at the Toray Pan Pacific Open without dropping a set. It was Samsonova's second WTA 500 trophy following Berlin 2021; having also won Washington and Cleveland in August, she has now won 18 of her last 19 matches.
