Madrid: Cocciaretto halts Strycova return in first round
Elisabetta Cocciaretto defeated former World No.16 Barbora Strycova in straight sets in the first round of the Mutua Madrid Open. It was the 37-year-old Strycova's first match since the 2021 Australian Open and subsequent maternity leave.
