In an all-qualifier clash in the first round of the Ladies Open Lausanne, Dalila Jakupovic saved one set point in the first set against Valentini Grammatikopoulou before converting her seventh in an overtime tiebreak and going on to her first completed tour-level win since Nanchang 2019.
