Former champion Kenin defeats Minnen in Hobart first round
No.6 seed Sofia Kenin beat Greet Minnen 6-3, 6-3 in the first round of the Hobart International on Tuesday. Kenin, the 2020 Australian Open champion, won her first career title in Hobart in 2019.
