Paolini defeats Fernandez for first time in four matches
Jasmine Paolini had not taken a set from Leylah Fernandez in three previous encounters, but defeated the Canadian in straight sets in the second round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships. Paolini came from a break down in both sets.
