Won fourth career WTA singles title at Merida in February 2023 (d. Peterson in F); also advanced to SF at Eastbourne (l. Kasatkina) and 3r at Australian Open (l. Bencic).
Best performances in 2022 came during grass-court season when she reached QF at Birmingham (l. eventual champion Haddad Maia) and then SF at Eastbourne (l. Ostapenko)
Defeated three Top-20 players to lift most prestigious title of her career at 2021 Montreal (d. No.6 Ka.Pliskova in F)
