Career in Review

2019 - Near-Top 50 season highlighted by fourth WTA singles final at Hua Hin (l. Yastremska). Posted two Top 10 wins last year, her first for almost five years, defeating No.10 Sabalenka (Miami) and No.8 Bertens (Zhengzhou); reached first Premier-level SF of career at Zhengzhou (l. eventual champion Ka.Pliskova). Closed out season representing Australia in Perth in Fed Cup Final vs. France - went 1-1 in singles as visitors ran out winners 3-2.

2018 - Enjoyed career-best season, ending year ranked No.43 for first Top 50 finish; runner-up at Rabat (l. to Mertens) and Seoul (l. to Bertens); QF at Monterrey (l. to Muguruza), Mallorca (l. Sevastova), San Jose (l. to Buzarnescu) and Hiroshima (l. to Hsieh); reached 2r six times (incl. US Open); fell 1r seven times (incl. other three majors) and in qualifying twice.

2017 - Reached 3r at Miami (l. to Safarova) and 2r three times (incl. US Open and her comeback event at Acapulco - d. Bouchard in 1r to record first main draw win since September 2015 at Tokyo [Japan Open]; fell 1r five times (incl. Roland Garros) and in qualifying once.

2016 - Opened season with 1r exits at Brisbane and Australian Open, but thereafter underwent shoulder surgery which sidelined her for rest of campaign.

2014 - Another Top 100 season (finishing No.63); QF twice at Acapulco and Tianjin; reached 4r once (Roland Garros), 3r twice and 2r six times (incl. Australian Open); fell 1r nine times (incl. other two majors) and in qualifying six times; struggled w/illness in the summer (retired in Bad Gastein 1r then withdrew from Istanbul).

2013 - First Top 100 season (finishing No.78); QF at Québec City; reached 4r once and 2r twice (incl. US Open); fell 1r three times (incl. Wimbledon) and in qualifying three times (incl. 2010 - Reached 2r once; fell 1r twice (incl. Miami - l. to Shvedova 67(1) 76(3) 75; held 4mp at 5-4 third set) and in qualifying seven times (incl. Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open); won one singles title on ITF Circuit.

2009 - Played first WTA main draw at Indian Wells, falling 1r (as WC); won one doubles title on ITF Circuit.
