Opened 2023 by reaching SF at Adelaide 1 (l. eventual champion Sabalenka). Also made QF at Madrid (l. Sakkari in 3s) in fourth overall QF at a WTA 1000, followed by third round showing at Roland Garros. (l. Muchova)
Won fifth WTA title at 2022 Palermo (d. Bronzetti in F). Last season also made SF at St. Petersburg and lifted title at WTA 125K Series event in Bucharest
In 2021, finished R-Up at Cleveland (l. Kontaveit) - her first singles final since 2017 Bucharest
