- Was introduced to tennis aged seven while on holiday in Portugal. Moved to Kansas with her family in 2013 for her dad's work
- Part of 77 management group, where she is mentored by Andy Murray
- For training blocks in USA works out of Wichita State University, and works with Colin Foster and Bex Coad
- Has four dogs and enjoys playing the piano

Had a successful comeback in 2025 claiming 4 ITF titles, fell in Q1 at Wimbledon qualifying
Highlights of 2024 included QF runs at W50 Nonthaburi and W75 Burnie, took most of the 2024 season out due to a severe back injury
In 2023 she qualified for her maiden WTA 1000 main draw at Indian Wells, and represented Great Britain at United Cup going 2-1 in singles play
Reached maiden WTA SF at 2022 Chennai, also in 2022 won three ITF titles at W25 Santo Domingo, W60 Lexington KY and W60 Trnava
Last season, also won 10th, 11th and 12th ITF Circuit titles, helping her rise to career-high No.118 on October 10
In 2021, fell 1r at Wimbledon (as qualifier, l .Keys). Also lifted eighth and ninth ITF Circuit title at W25 event in Orlando, Florida and W25 Haabneeme, Estonia
Played sparingly on ITF Circuit in 2020, entering only four events
In 2019, won $25k ITF/Claremont, CA-USA, while at Tour-level suffered 1r exits at Nottingham, Eastbourne and Wimbledon
